No. The right to parental allowance and the right to minimum guaranteed assistance can’t be combined. If you are a beneficiary of the right to parental allowance, you can’t use the right to guaranteed minimum assistance at the same time. If you would like to use guaranteed minimum assistance you must give up of the parental allowance.
