In-Home Care Services
In-Home services are services that provide help and care in the home of a person with a temporary or permanent reduced functional capacity, in order to enable the person to continue to live in their own home and prevention of the need for extra-family care, and to provide help and care in the home as well as personal assistance.
Out-of-home care
Out-of-home care services provide basic protection that includes: accommodation, assistance and support from professionals, care, nutrition, clothing, health care, and other services depending on the type of beneficiaries who do not have living conditions in their family or for other reasons they need out-of-home care and protection.
Community services
Community services include services on a day care, temporary stay, resocialization,rehabilitation, reintegration, of beneficiaries,family care leave halfway house, for prevention, care and protection, in order to enable the beneficiare to continue living in their own home, ie the community and prevention of the need for extra-family protection. Counseling services

Professional assistence and support services
Professional assistence and support services to an individual and family include help and support for overcoming of individual and family problems through assessment, planning and interventions for protection and evaluation, as well as monitring the situation after the completion of the interventions, in order to sreinghten the beneficiaries, promote their uninterrupted development, ensuring and maintaining well-being and independence and their long-term training for overcoming social problems on their own.
Information and refferal services
Information and reffereal services include informing the citizens about the rights from social protection and the already available social services, initial assessment and referral to other institutions, in order to have unrestricted access to the rights and services.

Со услуги на вон-семејна заштита се обезбедува основна заштита која опфаќа: сместување, помош и поддршка од стручни лица, згрижување, исхрана, облека, здравствена заштита, и други услуги во зависност од видот на корисниците, кои немаат услови за живеење во своето семејство или од други причини им е потребна вон-семејна заштита.
Услуги во заедницата
Услуги во заедницата опфаќаат услуги на дневен, привремен престој, ресоцијализација, рехабилитација,реинтеграција, на корисници, одмена на семејна грижа и куќа на пола пат, заради превенција, згрижување и заштита, а со цел овозможување на корисникот да продолжи да живее во сопствениот дом, односно заедницата и превенција на потребата од вонсемејна заштита. Услуги на дневен престој.

Услуги во домот се услуги за обезбедување помош и нега во домот на лице со привремено или трајно намален функционален капацитет, со цел овозможување на лицето да продолжи да живее во сопствениот дом и превенција на потребата од вонсемејна заштита, а се обезбедуваат како помош и нега во домот и лична асистенција.
