On-the-job training for a known employer

Purpose of the measure

The purpose of the measure is to help the unemployed persons acquire the skills necessary to carry out the work tasks in accordance with the employer’s need

Target group

Unemployed persons registered with ESARNM

Amount of financial support

The persons attending training shall receive monthly allowance of MKD 9,000, including insurance against disability and bodily injuries caused by occupational injuries and illnesses and personal income tax for up to 3 months of duration of the training.

The allowances for the unemployed persons shall be paid by ESARNM.

The employer shall be paid a lump sum amount of MKD 15,000 per trained person following the completion of the training.

• Notification, Search in the register of unemployed persons, based on profiling and IEP.

Measure

Professional qualifications training according to the needs of the employers

Purpose of the measure

The purpose of the measure is to provide professional qualifications training provided by verified training providers in accordance with the needs of the employers. The training will be implemented in close cooperation with employers and training providers

Target group

Unemployed persons registered with ESARNM

Amount of financial support

The persons attending training shall receive monthly allowance of MKD 9.000, including insurance against disability and bodily injuries caused by occupational injuries and illnesses and personal income tax for 2 to 4 months of duration of the training.

The employer may increase the amount of the monthly allowance for the duration of the training through co-financing, which shall be reflected appropriately in the agreement.

The training providers shall receive a fee in the amount up to MKD 30,000 per trainee.

Manner of application

For employers:

• Public call/Notification, Application for participation in the programme

For unemployed persons:

• Notification, Application and Statement of consent, Search in the register of unemployed persons, based on profiling and IEP.

Training providers:

From the register of verified training providers of AEC and MoES.

The register of MoES of secondary vocational education and training schools with verified training programmes.

Criteria

For employers:

• Provision of premises/facilities, equipment for realization of the training

For training providers:

• Valid verification for realization of training and/or occupational profile in the relevant field

For unemployed persons:

• The selection of unemployed persons from ESARNM’s register shall be carried out by the employer
